Prepare for an extraordinary day filled with furry fun! Circle Saturday, Oct. 14, on your calendars as the Los Alamos Cooperative Market joins hands with Española Humane to host a spectacular adoption event at its annual Harvest Festival.

From noon to 4 p.m., the market’s location at 95 Entrada Drive in Los Alamos will be transformed into a haven of cuteness and compassion. Brace yourself for an overload of adorableness as charming foster puppies, kittens, and other shelter pets steal your heart.

Best of all, the adoption fees for all adult pets are waived, and reduced adoption fees are available for puppies and kittens as part of the shelter’s participation in BISSELL Pet Foundation’s Empty The Shelters campaign. Every pet has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on vaccinations, and is eagerly waiting to find their forever homes.

In addition to these heartwarming pet adoptions, the fall festival offers engaging activities such as pumpkin painting for children, a variety of local vendors, homestyle food, and craft brews from Bathtub Row Brewing.

Are you ready to meet your new best friend? Start your journey by browsing the available pets at www.espanolahumane.org. Don’t wait too long; these furry companions won’t be available for long!
