Espanola Humane will kick off National Pet Week Friday with a special event at the Santa Fe PetSmart. Puppies and kittens will be available for only $10 and adult dogs will be fee waived at the adoption event from 1-4 p.m. Friday, May 12, at PetSmart, 3561 Zafarano Drive, Santa Fe. All pets are spayed/neutered,
