Española Humane is offering free adoptions on all adult pets during the Fourth of July weekend in an effort to open kennels and reduce overcrowding conditions. In addition, adoption fees on kittens are reduced to $25. All pets are altered, vaccinated and come microchipped, along with heartworm testing and free heartworm medication. The weekend adoption
